Je viens de voir un trailer de Thunderbolts avant Mission Impossible... j'en étais resté à un des premiers qui teasait intelligemment l'intrigue, se concentrait sur la première baston entre les membres de l'équipe, ne montrait rien de Sentry et avait incrusté Taskmaster dans un ou deux plans à la Tour des Avengers pour faire bonne mesure.

Mais là ce trailer que je n'avais jamais vu m'a fait halluciner Void plein cadre, son effet de faire disparaître les gens qui est un tel choc en salle balancé comme ça, Taskmaster totalement absente du trailer ce qui vend complètement la mèche sur son sort... au moins c'est pas Sony il y a aucune image de la post gen mais franchement on en est pas loin

C'est normal, à la fin de l'exploitation d'un blockbuster, les studios envoient toujours ce qu'il faut dans une dernière tentative de convaincre ceux qui pourraient encore l'être.

This is a THUNDERBOLTS* marketing illustration I came up with about a year ago. I wanted to create a contrast to how we normally see heroes, specifically the Avengers, where we often are looking up at them. I cast a large shadow to symbolize each of their shady & traumatic pasts with subtle hints of shadowed figures within. It also was meant to foreshadow the Void they would be facing at the finale.

Concept art for thé new Black Widow, Yelena in Thunderbolts*
On this one I was going for a darker Black Ops vibe version of her previous pristine look in the movie « Black Widow ». A variation keeping some visual nods of her previous look.
Yelena is played by @florencepugh

Concept art for Ghost in the movie Thunderbolts*
This one was a variation of the look she had in the comics. For the face. And for the body I was iterating on her initial look in AntMan and the Wasp. Playing with the structure of her outfit.
While keeping some part of the suit Black Ops oriented I was dealing with a lighter « ghostly » overall look.
Ghost was played by @hannahjohnkamen

I was dealing with a darker vibe on this proposal, less red and more dark following the tone of the movie. Less Santa Claus and more Spec Ops. This was exploration!

A keyframe that I really enjoy working on! For Thunderbolts*
« Falling together » It started with a small thumbnail sketch from @andyparkart and it was all about expressing the connections and links between all these characters. The idea of a « common » fall completely follows one topic of the movie.
