Marc Maron sur un hypothétique film : “I think there’s a petition out there and it would be a very exciting thing that Netflix could do it if they wanted to do it. I think it would probably solve the problem. It would be fun to do, it would be easy to do, but who the f–k knows what they’re going to do. I think it’s a great idea and I hope people rally enough behind it to raise the interests of the executives over there.”
Betty Gilpin sur la tournure du panel : “We scheduled this Zoom when we thought we still had a season four so it feels like we invited you to our wedding and then the groom had sex with a cross-eyed cocktail waitress and now we’re all just drunk at the venue together and we’re like ‘enjoy the quiches because it’s over. If this wedding is now a funeral, let’s make it one of those fun great ones.”
As for how many more scripted series may have their good fortunes overturned as much of the country awaits a vaccine and a return to normalcy that may never come, the agent is quick to respond: "Plenty."

“We lived there for almost three years. Not year in and year out, but … probably six or seven months a year. Mindhunter was a lot for me. It’s a 90-hour workweek. It absorbs everything in your life. When I got done, I was pretty exhausted, and I said, ‘I don’t know if I have it in me right now to break season three.’
For the viewership that it had, it was a very expensive show. We talked about, ‘Finish Mank and then see how you feel,’ but I honestly don’t think we’re going to be able to do it for less than I did season two. And on some level, you have to be realistic – dollars have to equal eyeballs.”
