I recall making a thread a few days ago about how I can't wait until its proven that MiB isn't a host, which turned out to be true. He IS confirmed human now (by the scanners).
The only thing now is that as someone who always used to defend MiB, I simply can't anymore. Before today's episode, there was an ambiguity as to his villainous nature, and the episode was certainly developing that, until....
He killed the human soldiers and his own daughter as a result of his own delusion. This is the first time he's ever actually killed humans.
His Ego was so far up his own asshole that he truly did believe everything was all about him - his delusions lead him to doing the unthinkable.
Now I know people will try to still argue he is a host because he tried to cut his arm at the end. This just reinforces his character arc throughout the episode. William is insane and delusional. Killing his own daughter was the final step towards his descent into madness. He'd wish he was a host following a narrative because that'd absolve him of the fact that he consciously made the decision to kill those soldiers and his daughter.
The entire episode just reinforces one thing: William is indeed a selfish human monster.
